At Flare, we’ve replaced outdated textbooks and traditional teaching methods, designing instead engaging, interactive, and thoroughly modern courses tailored for students from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

Elliott: Educational Leadership First
At the helm is Elliott, an experienced educational leader, current principal, and a passionate advocate for modernising education. Elliott deeply understands curriculum design, student engagement, and the educational environment. Recognising the significant gap in financial education, Elliott envisioned an exciting and effective course that captivates students, supports educators, and engages parents. His extensive knowledge of school operations and passion for preparing students for life beyond the classroom make him perfectly suited to lead Flare School’s educational mission.
Nathan Baws: Entrepreneurial Energy and Real-World Expertise
Complementing Elliott’s educational leadership is co-founder Nathan Baws, entrepreneur, public speaker, and former Shark Tank participant. Nathan brings real-world business success, infectious entrepreneurial enthusiasm, and practical experience from multiple successful ventures, including Tommy Sugo and Emersion Wellness. Nathan’s passion for applied financial education, entrepreneurship, and innovation significantly shapes Flare’s experiential programs, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging, and genuinely impactful for students.
Belinda: Communications and Community
Belinda completes the founding trio, bringing extensive experience in PR, community engagement excellence. Her ability to build meaningful connections among schools, families, and community partners ensures Flare’s mission remains impactful, collaborative, and aligned with community needs. Together, Elliott, Nathan, and Belinda have created Australia’s most comprehensive, enjoyable, and practical financial literacy and entrepreneurship program.

Comprehensive Curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 12:
Primary Years (K-6):

Secondary Years (Years 7-12):
